I am a graduate of the Fannin County High School Class of 2006.  From there, I went to Young Harris College and graduated in 2008 with an Associates in the Arts.  In the fall of 2008, I transferred to Reinhardt University where I spent the next three years pursuing a Bachelor's in Secondary English Education and graduated in the spring of 2011.  I also have a Master's in Secondary English Education from Piedmont College.  I am certified in English 6-12 and Special Education General Curriculum P-12.

I did my student teaching at Pickens County High School in the Spring of 2011.  In the fall of 2011, I subbed in the Pickens and Fannin County Systems until I was blessed enough to be hired in English/ESE in January of 2012 at Fannin County High School.

I am currently employed at Fannin County High School and in my fifth year of teaching.  I love the field of education and became interested in it at a young age.
