Testing Coordinator/MOWR Coordinator

I am a native of Fannin County and a 1996 graduate of Fannin County High School. After graduation, I attended Carson-Newman College, and in 1999, graduated cum laude with a B.A. in English. Since then, I have earned a M.A. in English from Piedmont College as well as a Ed.S. from Lincoln Memorial University. My first teaching job was at Andrews Middle School where I taught seventh grade English. I have taught various English courses at Fannin County High School. I was the Academic Coach for seven years and am currently the Testing Coordinator/Move on When Ready Coordinator.  Most importantly, I am the blessed mother of three and wife of Alan Collis who works at the Mountain Innovations Program. My daughter, Alexis, played collegiate softball at the University of North Georgia and plans to pursue a career in optometry. In addition, I have identical twin sons, Taylor and Carson, who play football and wrestle for FCMS.
